Copenhagen Notarial Appointment (Local or Diplomatic officer)

Local officers authorised perform notarial services under the Consular Fees Act 1955 or the Statutory Declarations Act 1959. These regulations allow local officers to:
- Certify copies of original documents for Australian purposes, or of Australian documents for other purposes.
- Witness signatures as authorised
- Issue Certificate of No Impediment to Marriage
- Issue Apostilles
- Witness signatures on Property Transactions if instructed by the conveyancer

Diplomatic staff authorised to perform notarial services - State matters (driving licence) and services required to be performed by a person authorised under the Oaths Act 1900.
