After having my passport stolen in Iceland they arranged a consular letter fir travel to Denmark to arrange a new passport fuss free. They were most helpful abd worked within the limits of my onward travel arrangements.

I am writing to commend one of your employees, Tina Pasaric (Consular/Passports and Corporate Services Officer).

On May 3 I either lost my passport or had it pickpocketed in Malmo.

I was about to start a tour on May 5 with Intrepid Travel through the Nordic and Baltic region.

I contacted the Australian Embassy in Sydney, then in Copenhagen for an Emergency Passport.

Ms Pasaric was extremely helpful (and patient) given this rather stressful event: without a passport I could not proceed with my trip. She managed to get an emergency passport processed by 10am May 5, so I could leave Copenhagen at 12.30 that day for Sweden.

I am most grateful to her, and the Embassy in Canberra for such speedy action.
