If you decide to lodge your appointment in person, please allow 20 minutes for the interview.

Adult Passport Renewal (PC7) - Last passport issued since 1 January 2006 when you were aged 16 or older. No name or gender changes. Last passport cannot have been damaged or lost/stolen.

Please bring:
- Completed PC7 application form.
- At least 2 (preferably 4) passport photos that meet the passport guidelines: https://www.passports.gov.au/getting-passport-how-it-works/photo-guidelines

Copenhagen - Adult renewal (PC7)

In order for us certify the documents you require, please read the instructions carefully to confirm who can act as the certifying officer.

Please check which authority the officer must act under (Consular Fees Act 1955, Oaths Act 1900 or Statutory Declarations Act 1959).

Notarial - Certifying documents (5+ documents per appointment) - Charges apply per document

We require at least 2 business days to issue an Emergency Passport.

Adult emergency passport applications:
You must bring the following documents to the interview:
- Completed passport application form
- As much ID as possible
- Most recently issued Australian Passport (if you have it)
- Completed B11, outlining the need for an Emergency passport.

Child Emergency Passport Applications:
 - Completed passport application form
 - Full parental consent must be obtained

 - Original Birth Certificate in English
 - Evidence of Australian citizenship (last issued Australian passport; Original Australian Citizenship Certificate; Original Australian Birth Certificate)
 - Proof of lodging parent's signature and current name - preferably both parents.
 - Travel itinerary (this can be emailed to the Embassy)
 - Completed B11, outlining the need for an Emergency passport.

Copenhagen - Emergency Passport - No chip, 7 months validity

Please book this appointment if you require your signature witnessed on a simple document, such as:

- Commonwealth Statutory Declaration 
- Notice of Intended Marriage
- New South Wales Statutory Declaration 
- Queensland Statutory Declaration
- Witnessed signature on Visa application
- Certificate of No Impediment

Notarial - Witnessing Signatures

Apostilles can be affixed to Australian public documents (such as birth certificates, marriage certificates etc.) if the signature/seal can be verified in the DFAT database.

It is a requirement that the instructions from your legal representative in Australia be provided in addition to the documents you need witnessed or certified. Where instructions from your legal representative are not provided, the services will be declined. Your conveyancer can email us those instructions directly, or you can print out the instructions and bring them with you if you have already received them: consular.copenhagen@dfat.gov.au

Notarial - Property transaction (Witnessing/Certifying a copy)- Charges apply per service

You should use this form if:
- This is your first adult passport
- You have changed your name or gender;
- Your last passport was lost/damaged or issued before 2006;
- Your last passport was issued before your 16th birthday, or if
- Your last passport was a Limited Validity Passport or Emergency Passport .

This passport is free of charge if you have changed your name due to marriage, divorce or death of spouse and there is more than 2 years validity left on your most recently issued Australian passport.

Copenhagen - New Adult Passport (PC8) - Passport details have changed / your last passport was lost/stolen / last passport was a child's passport

One parent, legal guardian or person with parental responsibility for the child applicant must submit the application form (PC8) in-person and show original documents at the interview.

Both parents must consent to the passport being issued.

Copenhagen - Child Passport (0-15 years) - Either parent or legal guardian must attend interview

Notarial - Witnessing signatures (2+ document per appointment)

You should confirm with your Marriage Celebrant whether you require this certificate.

If you need evidence of Single Status, you need to apply through the Registry of Births, Deaths and Marriages of your home state in Australia:

For a CNI, you need to submit evidence to the Embassy of both your and your fiancé's / fiancée's current name - either original documents, or certified copies. You can use passports or driving licences.
